At My Father's House Christian Mission, we’re raising funds and promoting initiatives to serve the people who need them most. We believe in taking action with urgency in order to raise public awareness about some of the most pressing issues facing today’s society. Please join us by supporting our efforts to make a measurable difference in the lives of others. One of the first pressing issues is to raise funds to feed families, to get children in school and to build our church and school. We ask you to consider becoming a Blessing of Hope Ministry Partner. Working Towards a Brighter Future
March 2020 Mission was the greatest, with Bob Stanley, Theresa Stanley, Brenda Mosby, Dillion Alshire, Katrina Harrison and myself Patricia Duarte. When we left for Haiti the Covid 19 virus was just a bad virus we were hearing about, but we still wore our mask in the airports. By the time we were in Haiti a couple of day, the virus had spread to our town in Kentucky, school were closed, business were closed. We were starting to worry about getting home. But we also knew that God had sent us to Haiti with a purpose...to spread the Gospel of Christ. So after 700 children for VBS and a ton of candy, praise God for great interpreters and friends who come to help. A blessing of rice and beans were served to each child, with songs and Bible teaching. Then we set out to do a two day revival at the new property future home of Grace Abundant Christian Church. Our time went so fast, the 7 day trip flew by. We were stilled worried by the time we got to the airport if the planes were still leaving for the USA...there were no cases in Haiti...we arrived home safely and the next day they closed the borders. God always knows. We had a lot of laughs, lot of ministry, the Women's Conference and Men's Conference were a hit. Our keynote speaker was Pastor Lutes wife Marie Sabine Luccee, we all fell in love with her from the beginning. The pastors and men for the churches loves brother Bob Stanley and can't wait for him to return. Brenda, Katrina and Theresa had a wonderful message of love for the church and Dillion ministered to the young people on the mountain.
Romans 10:13 For “Everyone who calls on the name of the LORD will be saved.” 14 But how can they call on him to save them unless they believe in him? And how can they believe in him if they have never heard about him? And how can they hear about him unless someone tells them?
15 And how will anyone go and tell them without being sent? That is why the Scriptures say, “How beautiful are the feet of messengers who bring good news!” If you would like to help fund a missionary with mission supplies or other expenses , mission trips are on the average $2,000 per trip your donation is tax deductible. Sometime it hard for especially young people to come up with the money.
